Client data based models

Asset allocation

Asset allocation pie chart uses the asset totals of assets that have an asset allocation.

Asset allocation chart takes the value of all assets that have an asset allocation attached and the asset allocation percentages. Asset allocation can be found at the bottom of each asset, either in Verify Data or the Assets tab in Financial Data on the group page.

Asset and debt composition

Asset and debt composition is a pie graph that uses previous advice totals.

Asset growth

Asset growth model uses previous advice totals to track asset values over time.

The model requires a target and an end date, which can be added in the “Model data” section. Start date is automatically the year the first Advice to the group was given in MOAS.

Gross and net income

Gross and net income uses year on year client income data, specifically Taxable Income and Tax Paid. Income data can be added, edited or deleted in either Verify Data within the Advice Module or on the group page under Financial Data → Income.

Investment and property debt

Investment and property debt uses previous advice totals to track liabilities over time.

The start date is the earliest Advice entry in the system and the end date is the current year.

Long term progress

Long term progress uses previous advice totals to calculate net total wealth and net investment wealth.

Net total wealth is calculated for each advice year as follows:

netTotalWealth:
		advice.InvestmentPropertyTotal +
		advice.InvestmentAssetTotal +
	  advice.SuperannuationAssetTotal +
    advice.HomePropertyTotal -
    (advice.HomeLoanTotal + advice.InvestmentLoanTotal +
		 advice.SuperannuationLoanTotal)

Net investment wealth is calculated for each advice year as follows:

netInvestmentWealth:
		advice.InvestmentAssetTotal +
		advice.InvestmentPropertyTotal +
		advice.SuperannuationAssetTotal -
		(advice.InvestmentLoanTotal + advice.SuperannuationLoanTotal)

Start date is the earliest advice entry in the system. Target and end date can be added under the “Model data” section.
