Templates in the tasks module can be created for Tasks, Projects and Opportunities. Templates can be applied by users when creating new tasks, projects or opportunities.
Templates are accessible in the task module menu. Templates can only be created by admins and will only be visible to admins in the menu.
Underneath templates in the menu there will be links to task, project and opportunity templates. To create a new template, select one of these tabs and select the add button in the top right corner.
By default, new templates have the title "New [item] template".
Templates have a title which appears at the top of the page next to the back button.
Underneath the template title is all the template detail which can be edited like a task, project or opportunity.
Here you can select a team role the item an be assigned to. This will populate when an item is created and a team is added. See for more information on adding roles to teams.
Templates have a timeframe input, where you can set how long the item will take. This will set the due date when user's create an item from a template. For the timeframe input, you can add a number and select a frequency option, these options are: "Days", "Weeks", "Months" and "Years". By default, the timeframe is set to 7 days.
Templates can be duplicated by selecting the option button in the top right corner.
Templates can be deleted by selecting the option button in the top right corner.
